Founding Pastor
Elder James Hannah
Pastor James Hannah is a retired Corrections Officer who spent 16 1/2 years with the New York City Department of Corrections. Pastor Hannah was ordained in 2007 under the leadership of Pastor Tommy Collins at Clothing of Power Eternal Church.
Following retirement, Pastor Hannah continued to pursue his calling in ministry and completed an accredited program at Sibley Memorial Hospital in Washington, DC. to become a Chaplain in 2017
In 2017, Pastor Hannah founded Hillside Community Church (HCC) which is located at the Casey Center, 810 South Frederick Avenue in Gaithersburg, MD.
The church partnered with Manna Food for several years providing groceries to seniors on a monthly basis. Currently, Pastor Hannah is continuing his pastoral education through courses under the tutelage of Dr. Tony Evans.
